1. Link to the web site MLWChairs.com and choose from the selection of frames, noting the item number of the frame you choose.
   
2. Note which wood stain you wish to have the frame stained in from the choices below.
   
3. Link to the web site GreenhouseFabrics.com and choose from the selection which fabric you wish to be used, noting the item number and color name.  You can also provide the fabric of your choice for us to use.
   
4. You, also, have a choice as to the type of cushion we put into the item.  The foam padding can be soft , medium or firm.
   
5. You should, also, choose what type of suspension you desire:  No-Sag or Coil springs.
   
6. Go to the “Contact Us” page and fill the form out, including the noted information you have chosen from above and send this to us.
   
7. We will return the estimation of your designed furniture to you for your approval.  This estimation will include the cost for all material, labor cost and any shipment fees (if necessary).

Upon receiving the estimation, you will need to contact us to choose a payment arrangement and to give your approval, before we start to build your new furniture.
